I don't have any new pics to put out here.  Just thought I would write a little something about what Rhyse has been up to.  He is now 14 months old.  When he was about 13.5 months old he had taken about 5 steps between me & someone else a few times.  Then this week I decided we need to start getting serious about walking.  I set a goal for him to be walking by Thanksgiving.  On Tuesday I had a cracker & held it up while Lee supported him.  But everytime he walks to me he is laughing so much he can't walk.  So I had Lee hold the cracker & then he walked to Lee so we did that a few times.  That night & last night I seen him take a couple steps on his own to get to something.  So looks like he may be walking in the near future.

Yesterday when I talked to Michelle (daycare) she said he was playing with a cow on the floor & said "Moo"  Her husband asked if he just said Moo & Michelle said she heard it to.  She said he said it at least one more time after that.  He didn't say it for me.  We don't have any little animals for him to play with, but guessing he'll be getting some for Christmas.  So Moo might be his first word.  He does do mama, dada but he's not directing it at us.  Its just noises to him right now.  He doesn't realize they are real words associated to something specific yet.

If I seen correctly, which is tough - but I think he is getting 6 teeth.  At least 4 have poked through & the other 2 are swelled up bumps.  I try to check when I brush his teeth at night.  So that maybe why he was running a fever & had strep throat a couple weeks ago.  I told him he needs to focus on walking and not so much on getting teeth.  He has 10 teeth as of now.  If I'm right on what I seen he'll have 16 very soon.

Lee has been going up to the tailrace (Garrison damn) and  fishing with his friend Rick.  The first time they went Rick caught 4 walleye & let Lee have them since Rick didn't feel like staying up any later than it was to clean them.  The next time they went Lee caught 2 & Rick didn't catch any.  I guess they are planning on going again tomorrow - pending the weather.  We might have to have a fish fry one of these days.....

Other than that I don't think there is anything else new with us.
