New Stuff

On Friday night Lee & I decided to go out for supper.  We asked my parents to watch Rhyse while we went out.  They agreed.  When we picked up Rhyse he was playing piano.  My dad was sitting the floor behind Rhyse who was sitting on the bench.  Rhyse would hit the keys for a while then he would turn & give my dad a kiss.  Then he would play more keys then turn & give grandpa a kiss.  He did this a few times. 

On Sunday I decided it was nice enough to take Rhyse outside.  So I put on his boots, coat, hat & mittens & went outside.  He had a great time.  He ran up & down the driveway yelling.  Then we went into the backyard & walked in the snow.  He thought that was great too.  Finally he let us take him inside.  I think he was outside for 20-30 minutes.  To bad we don't have a sled to pull him in.  We'll have to pick one of those up.  He doesn't have snow pants yet.  Don't know if I'll be able to find some this late in the season.

On Sunday night Lee went fishing after supper so Rhyse & I went to Granpma & Grandpa Aberle's.  While there he was getting pretty tired so I decided it would be best to give him a bath there & put his pj's on so when we got home he could go straight to bed.  After taking his bath & getting dressed Grandma read him some books.  When she read one of the books he kept giving the bear in the book a kiss.  Don't know where he learned that?!?  So we'll see if he does it to his books at daycare & at home.
