May 2nd - May 5th

Friday Lee & I took the afternoon off work. I had an appointment with Hazen Motors to get the recall issue on my car fixed. So we did that, they gave us loaner car. Drove to Beulah & visited with Scott, Mandy, & Randy. Lee & I took the car back and got ours. We decided to eat supper with his parents. We ordered a pizza to be ready at 6:00pm & it was 5:00pm. Lee wanted to check out the Grand View (previously the Eagles). So went up there for a drink & appetizers. Left to get pizza & head out to the lake. Ate supper, Paige was there also. A little bit later Kristi joined us. Lee & I headed back into town. Lee went down to Randy & Scott's place, I was tired so I stayed back & went to bed.

Saturday I took Shelby for a walk. When we got back my dad asked if I wanted to walk down to the lumber yard to get him some glue. So we did that. Got home & Lee was finally up. Ordered fleischkeukla from Dairy Queen for lunch. We ate, took a little nap then got up to get ready for Dan & Wendy's wedding. Attended the wedding. Then drove over to Stanton for the reception & dance. It was a good time. Left Stanton around 12:30am. Of course went to bed when we got to my parents place.

Sunday Lee decided we should leave early & get back to Bismarck early. So we ate lunch with my parents then packed our stuff. When we got in the car to leave I realized my purse wasn't in there. Did some thinking & rechecking & figured I left it at the Grand View on Friday. Of course the Grand View is closed on Sunday's. My mom called one of the owners. He went up there to check to see if they had it & called to say they didn't. I racked my brain trying to think where else it could be. Decided I would call all the places we had been to see if we could find it on Monday. So we drove out to the lake to visit with Lee's parents for a bit then headed back to Bismarck. Went out to Paradisso for supper. We ran into my Uncle Francis & Aunt Charlene there. They sat with for a bit while they waited for everyone else to show that they were joining. We went home & some stuff away, did laundry, Lee cleaned the garage, etc. Went to bed.

Monday I got up & went tanning, did some laundry, hung in on the line, planted some grass, and made lunch. My mom called said she had called the Grand View again & they have my purse. She said dad would pick it up & find a way to get it to me. I knew it had to be up there, that was the last & only place I had it the whole weekend! To bad I didn't notice it on Saturday! I walked to work today. It was really nice out. Planning on riding back Tues, Wed, & Thurs, then walking again on Fri.
