May 9th - 11th Weekend

Friday I worked until 8:30pm. Lee had mentioned Randy & Mandy were coming to town & that we would probably be going out to eat with them after I got off work. I got a call from Lee saying they were going to the China Star. I had walked to work so said I would walk over there when I was done. When I got there Lee had told me that Randy & Mandy were staying the night. I said that's fine. So we ate then Randy & Mandy went to Walmart to pick up some necessities to spend the night. Lee & I went home, I made their bed while Lee did the dishes. When they got to our house we waited around a little bit for their friend Lee Wilson to show up but he didn't so we decided to play the Construction Game. We started around 11pm or 12am I don't remember. We didn't stop until 4am. We could have stopped sooner but no one was tired & was addicted to the game. When we stopped & everyone counted their stuff, found out I had won!!!

Saturday we didn't get up until 10am. Randy & Mandy left. Lee & I had lunch then went & bought a new tree for the front yard. When we got home I laid down & took a 2 hour nap. Not sure what Lee was doing. When I got up I had a lot more energy so I did a little paint touch up work on the walls we had just painted. Lee suggested we go out to eat somewhere we usually don't go. We decided on Seven Seas. Before we went there we stopped over at our neighbors house as she was having a graduation party for graduting from nursing school. After we visited for about 20 minutes we left. When we got to Seven Seas the hostess said there was a little wait. Told her we would be in the lounge. Lee & I had an appetizer & had still not been called for our table. I went out to see how much longer it would be. The hostess said she had gone into the lounge & called my name. Told her we didn't hear her. So I went back into the lounge & got Lee. When we were getting seated she said your name is Tonya Long right? I said no. She said oh well someone wrote Long behind your name. After she seated us & walked away. I told Lee She was the one who wrote Lounge behind my name. Not anyone else. Then she came back & had the piece of paper & said see what they wrote. I told her YOU wrote Lounge behind my name. She walked away. Lee & I both ordered the Prime Rib, I had the queen, Lee had the king. When the meal came out he said wow that a big junk of meat. But as he was eating it he was saying how good it was. He ate the whole thing since he thought it was so excellent. He said he thinks this is the best steak he has ever had in his whole life. When we got home Lee fell asleep so I decided I would go to bed also.

Sunday we got up around 10am. We got a lot done on Sunday. I went out & mowed the lawn. Then went in to make lunch. We ran & got some stuff from Home Depot & O'Reiley's. When we got home we realized we forgot to get gas! So I went to get gas & a few things for supper. I weed wacked when I got home, planted some grass, Lee cut down a few dead branches from the tree in the back yard, planted the new tree in the front yard, watered the grass, made supper, Lee put new spark plugs & plug wires in my car. I think that is about all we did.
