June 20-22

Friday after work we packed up & headed up to Brekken lake with DeDe & Carlee. Brian was in Montana riding dirt bike with some friends. When we got there we went to the spot James had said to go & someone was camping there. Everywhere else had long grass. We drove to the other side of the lake where there was electrical hookups, there were no good spots over there either so decided to head to New Johns. Found a spot there. Setup, ate supper, made a fire, roasted marshmallows & made smores til about midnight.

Saturday morning when we got up it was very warm already at 9:30am. Carlee & Lee decided to float in the water. DeDe & I were going to but decided the water was to cold for us. So we just sat in chairs in the water. DeDe had brought their jetski so DeDe & Carlee went for a ride then Lee went. When Lee got back DeDe went on her own. We ate lunch. DeDe took me for a ride on the jetski. We took a nap then just sat around, made some supper. Then had another fire and did the same as the night before. We did fish a little. We had a large something on the line which Lee fought for a few seconds then the line broke, no idea what it was?!?

Sunday We tied all the tubes together then made ourself an anchor & floated on the tubes for a while. Later that morning Lee took me for a ride & tipped the jetski so we fell off. We ate a little lunch then slowly packed up & headed back home. I think fun was had by all. Here is a picture of Shelby.
